Be part of the development of the AQDC’s projects by making a donation, simply and safely.

As a Registered Charity Organisation, the AQDC will send you a receipt for tax purposes for any donation of $25 or more. You may also send a cheque in the amount of your choice to the following address: 2030, boul. Pie-IX, bureau 403, Montréal (Québec) H1V 2C8.

In Memoriam Donations

To lose a loved one is a difficult ordeal. To help you perpetuation their memory, you can make an In Memoriam Donation to the AQDC.

Thanks to your generosity, the AQDC will be able to pursue its mission by helping people living with chronic pain. We will send a message of sympathy informing the family of your donation.
